autocad Setting up a Dimstyle using AutoLisp

I've been working with a lisp routine from a previous thread trying to set up
a dimstyle using autolisp. but I'm getting a error and not sure why or how to fix.

    SolidWorks and Pro-E are the most common. But, you will still see Autocad certain places.
