autocad Making a title block 11x8.5
can someone please guide me through to making a 11x8.5 title block template.

I'm a recently laid off draftsman and I'm looking for work. I have an associates degree and have had schooling in AutoCAD, Inventor and Solidworks, I've also professionally worked with Microstation. . . In my job search I'm seeing a lot of results for Pro/E and Solidworks jobs. My Solidworks schooling wasn't extensive and I wouldn't consider myself proficient in it. Pro/E I know nothing about. I was wondering how to go about getting training in these. Any suggestions?.
